Submissions

Although we develop most of our concepts and programming internally, we are entirely open to accepting pitches from producers and Van Gogh Ventures LLC viewers. If you have an idea for a cool show that you would like to submit, we would love to hear about it!

Please be advised that we receive many such proposals and generate many ideas for creative across all Van Gogh Ventures LLC media platforms worldwide. Because many proposals might cover similar topics or in some cases appear almost identical in content or format, we must ask you to read and agree to the following terms before you pitch your idea or proposal to us:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.

2. You are submitting an original idea that you wholly own.

3. Van Gogh Ventures LLC has received and will in the future receive numerous proposals from third parties.

4. Van Gogh Ventures LLC is developing proposals using its own in-house staff.

5. Van Gogh Ventures LLC may already have been working on, prior to its receipt of your submission, another concept(s) similar to yours.

6. You understand that you will not be entitled to any compensation if Van Gogh Ventures LLC exploits an idea similar or identical to your submission as it may have either already been developed internally or acquired from another 3rd-party.

7. You understand that Van Gogh Ventures LLC might develop or acquire a similar idea to yours in the future, and in that case you will not be entitled to compensation.

8. With respect to your submission, Van Gogh Ventures LLC is not obligated to implement your idea. If Van Gogh Ventures LLC wishes to use your idea, we must first enter into a formal, binding, written contract governing Van Gogh Ventures LLC's  use of the submission and the compensation to be payable to you as a result of such implementation.

9. You understand that materials sent to Van Gogh Ventures LLC will not be returned, and you agree to retain at least one copy of said material, and you release Van Gogh Ventures LLC from any liability of loss of, or damage to, the copies of the material submitted by you hereunder.
